Sensitive Information

Because our services involve sexual counselling, bodywork and sexuality-related topics, you may voluntarily provide information concerning your health, sex life or sexual orientation. Such information may constitute special categories of personal data under Art. 9 GDPR.

We process such information only where permitted by applicable data protection law and only to the extent necessary for providing the requested counselling or related services. Where required, we rely on your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Where legal retention obligations apply, data may be retained for the period required by law. Once the applicable retention period has expired, personal data will be deleted unless further processing is legally permitted or required.
